With extensions, Postgres is more than a relational database

Making the PostgreSQL pgloader utility more Citus-aware, a database hackathon project

Every year, as part of the Citus Data annual team retreat, we conduct a developer hackathon. This year, one of the teams decided to create an easy, 1-click migration to the Citus distributed database. The team included Dimitri Fontaine, the author of the PostgreSQL pgloader utility, so they decided to start their hackathon project by making pgloader more Citus-aware.
